    Chelsea Edison

I started care as a support worker for young adults with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. I have now progressed to Carer Manager which I find rewarding as I feel on a daily basis I am able to support the carers in their role in order for them to provide bespoke care for our service users.

My passion is to support and create a team of carers who all have the unique skills to deliver individualised and high-quality care. My main focus is providing training and guidance to carers to maintain staff retention and the well-being of the team which ultimately leads to increased service user experience and quality of life.

I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends and as such passionately believe in promoting a positive work-life balance.
