Danielle Swaby

I started in care when I was 18 as a carer and worked my way up to Assistant Manager. I am immensely proud to do the job I do as I passionately believe in making people smile and creating an environment where people are proud to be actively involved.

My role involves overseeing the rotas and working towards getting your call times exactly as you would like them. I will also help communicate your requirements to the carers so they are aware of how you would like things to be done.

In my spare time, I am very much a home bird spending quality time with my family. For this reason, I understand the importance of your home is a safe haven
