Lindsay Nearn

My background is in nursing working in a number of different nursing environments. I started LJM Homecare Lincoln in 2014 because I saw a real need for quality, reliable, and individually focused care. My passion is being constructive in empowering individuals to be as independent as possible within their homes and giving staff the ability and confidence to flourish into the best version of themselves.

I believe in transparency, honesty, and people who genuinely have a passion for sharing my ethos as together we are able to achieve real improvements in social care and ultimately change the experience and quality of life for the service users.

I enjoy being involved in any form of fitness and am a regular charity fundraiser for St Barnabas Hospice. Whatever the challenge, be it a mountain or a mud run I am happy to take it on
